UCF is also "breaking the law" because they are not doing what the law says they must do.    UCF's Dual Enrollment web page says that "a 3.8 GPA is required to participate in Dual Enrollment".    But Florida Statute 1007.271(3) says that public and private students are legally eligible with a 3.0 GPA.

Case closed for public and private students as well   It's clear that UCF is breaking the law if you are a public or private school student.   So join the class action lawsuit now or see the other ways that your rights may have been abused whether you are public, private or home schooled.
