PERT test

UCF is again "breaking the law" because they are again not doing what the law says they must do.    UCF's Dual Enrollment web page says that "SAT / ACT scores are required to participate in Dual Enrollment.    But Florida Statute 1007.271(3) grants students legal eligibility by showing college-level placement on Florids's PERT test.

Another case of "discrimination" closed.   But it's well known that Florida's PERT is free meaning this discriminates against low-income students as well.   So help us by joining what UCF has mockingly referred to as our "quest" for justice.   Or go on to see the most offensive illegal policy UCF uses to discriminate against children.
